I started tracking last week and I am shocked at how much I'm actually eating, which is great! I feel so much better. I feel empowered! Went camping last weekend. That was tough. But I didn't cave. So so far so good!

I have about 101 total to lose. I've been carrying it around for 15 years. In 2001 I completed the Chicago marathon and have done 5 triathlons. So I get it. Look into the Whole30! I can't believe how much better I feel and how much more empowered I feel. I'm 47 days in and I'm down 23 pounds. And I'm eating 1500-1800 Cals…
