You have to log in for anything.... I think. Do u want to log food and exercise? If so, log away. Then hit the check mark at top right to every time you log an exercise. They will then add in.

I'm a gym rat and have gotten even more serious about my workout. About 4 times per week, 1 2/2 hours each time. Even tracking my " macros". We can be buds. Where do u live? I'm in Nashville. Keep it up. Like your shirt.

Anything that allows you to sit means you can work on your upper body, abs, and ..... Leg lifts. If you have a gym membership, I'd sit on any machine for legs like leg lifts, both push up kind for quads and push down kind for hamstring.
