    #Godisgood!!!! your motivation reason is wonderful. our kids deserve us to be strong and healthy so we can lead them to be the same. i have been an athlete and gym rat my whole life. i joined fitness pal because everyone on youtube uses it. i have 5 lbs to lose. where are you at in your fitness journey as well as your faith journey. #Jesusiscoming #soon! #getready
