I aim for 1600 cals and no diet breaks yet Every thing that I eat is weighed. As far as fats go do I just eat avacados every day? I'm Afraid the night put me over for the day Btw I am 5' 8" 37 yrs old

I already have ice cream fit into my daily but I'm more hungry now than I have ever been on this diet so I'm trying to eat more filling foods but the cravings are worse now more than ever. Eat more ice cream and be more hungry ? Don't eat ice cream and probably binge on sweets?

I had very bad eczema for a year straight. I had a very stressful job at the time. I switched jobs and switched my laundry detergent with free and clear. Eczema is gone, so I figured it was one of the two. Hope this helps.
