Maybe I'll try that, I'm not hungry early in the morning I get hungry around 10. But I see what your saying maybe I have something light but will prevent me from being hangry

Checking in. 1/1 started out strong then when the evening came I was horrible eating anything. It's like I'm not conscious at all. But I didn't give up and I'm on track today 1/2.not the best food to eat but did not over eat. =) I'm doing something at least.
