I discovered my intolerances to Sulfites about 3 years ago. Sulfites being many preservatives in foods, also including Onions, Garlic as well as many vegetables and dried fruits, and more. Maybe you could list it under a meal or snack in your diary each day. You can do it there by ml. Pick breakfast, lunch, dinner or however your diary is categorized and just keep adding to the original entry. If the totals don't go high enough you could just put one in each category to add to. I think it might work.

I tried the Spinach and Artichoke Ravioli one today for lunch. I like to get the Spinach and Mushroom Pizza about two or three times a month. I really shouldn't eat either because I have sensitivities to some ingredients, but they are both really good. So I think once in a while isn't bad for me.

On computer go to My Home- Settings- then look for Automatic News Feed Update Settings and check or uncheck which you prefer.On your phone go to Settings- Push Notifications and again check or uncheck which you prefer. This is how I do it. I am fairly new. Others may have a better way.

Yesterday was a month for me on MFP. I have lost 13 lbs. Mostly I am just doing walking videos, 15 minutes at a time 2 or 3 x a day. Also trying to stay under the calories allowed. I have gone over a few times. I am just going to try to do the best I can each day.
