I'm 5 ft. I started at 130 and now I'm 119, 4 pounds away from my goal weight. My lowest was 105 but I don't think with exercise that I would look ok anymore at 105. I might reach 115 and go down to 110.

Start adding more protein to your diet and maybe try a personal trainer to learn how to lift weights to add muscle if you can or try looking on YouTube for work outs.
-
I don't eat them back cause my typical work out is 250 calories. I work out before work so I have a limited time to work out and sometimes on the weekend I'll do 300-350.
-
If you do eat them back how else do you calculate them or what percentage do you trust on MFP?
-
I take mine after breakfast. I take omega 3, multi vitamin and iron and they do upset my stomach if I have them first before breakfast. Also drink a full glass, it also helps keep me full.

I just graduated college. You need to make a schedule and most importantly stick to it! I would take 30 mins every Sunday night and plan out meals and excerrcise based on what I had going on that week. And if your binging, find a place far from the kitchen to study. When I was in the library I hardly ever ate, I was too…

When I first started dating my boyfriend I was trying to maintain and we would also see each other on a similar schedule. He is tall and skinny and can eat whatever he wants and doesn't care about health. Slowly I gained a little weight and then we moved in together and I gained 10-15 pounds in 6 months. I didn't eat bad…

Add me. Having people on MFP can help keep you on track and put reminders to log your food. This system works just you have to give it a chance to work. You need to be ready to make a lifestyle change or when you get to 250 you'll just go back to 300. Take it one day at a time but start making some of those changes.

Looks good! Thanks I've been trying to find one without a bunch of artificial ingredients.

117 day streak

3-4. Usually I'll have left overs Monday for lunch and prep that night after dinner. If any meats involved I do 3 days max.
-
I meal prep for about 4 days. I cook everything in one batch and keep it in tuppawear containers. I usually do a grain, chicken, with some sauce and broccoli in a separate container. I make Starbucks cheese and fruit plates or Cesar salad kits. Op is right, I usually don't spend more than 10 dollars for 4-5 lunches. If…

I've come to the same conclusion. All through high school and college I've yoyoed from 105-135 and anywhere in between. I've decided I don't want to lose weight again. I will have to log and enjoy when I can and find the balance. But I know my self from several times of losing and gaining that I need the accountability to…

I drink whole milk with my coffee and cereal but I use almond milk for everything else. The almond milk reduces calories for smoothies, oatmeal, cooking, protein shakes.

Ive been yoyoing within the same 15-20 pounds the last few years but I've finally decided this is the last time. I had to figure out what was causing it? It was my mentality that once I lose the weight that I am a skinny person that can eat everything and also that their will always be temptation around, its not just…

When I have depression I do a short work out. Mentally if I think it's going to be long then I have a hard time doing it. If I'm anxious I do extra cardio those days cause I feel better after. What I find works for me is waking up early and working out because if not I'll make excuses.

I was a WW lifetimer. I personally would choose MFP but I am a very disciplined person. If you don't feel like you can be truly accountable to your self then try going to the meetings. If you can then MFP is for you. I like the flexibility and it's not very complicated to use such as calculating points.

Add me!
-
My mini goal is to 1. Finally reach bellow 120 2. Find a way to eat more protein without eating a lot of meat 3. Fit into some old pants I've been holding on to
-
Hahaha yes damn that spell check
-
No not really only on the days I go over 50-100 calories.
-
I've done the same and I've decided this is the last time. I am going to have to log most of my food forever and that's just something to accept if you want to mantain but don't have the ability to do it on your own.
-
I agree!! But for me it's bitter. I eat a dark chocolate covered almond or coffee works too.
-
If you live near trader joes, I buy there curry sauce that's already jarred. It's delicious and really low calorie.

5 ft and I am losing at 1100-1200. I work out 5 days a week doing cardio and strength training. I have lost ten pounds and have another 5-10 to go.
-
Most of the time no. I go at 6:30-7. If I shower there before work I'll take it with me. On the weekends when I go at 8-9 I might eat. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with.
-
I agree take it one day at a time, it can be overwhelming to think about starting a whole new life. Do some research, seeing the benefits can help as well.

When I started watching my portion sizes, my boyfriend who I live with said that it was unhealthy to not eat that way and just eat till your full. He is very skinny naturally and I shut that down right away. I looked him in the eye and said I don't comment about your eating habits please don't comment on mine. Just be…

Healthy foods in my opinion are nutrient rich foods. Clean eating snacks are minimally processed so they keep their nutrition content. Theirs a lot of clean snacks such as your own granola bars or I like to roast chickpeas with garlic and Parmesan. Try to go organic for the products that are grown with large amounts of…

Our area avoided a hit and I am back home. I am happy it's over. I've lived in Florida most of my life and I've been through many storms my self but never on my own without my family. Feel like the brick on my chest is finally off. Thank you for your comments.
