So if you are using avatar nutrition, after you finish your weight loss it is time to reverse diet. Reverse for at least 12 weeks to get your calories up and your metabolism repaired. The system won't let you gain much weight and you'll start to build muscle. After you are done reverse dieting, then you want to do…

I go to a different sort of gym with lots of gymnastics and calisthenics classes, along with crossfit style strength & olympic lifting. I do strength 2-3 times per week and bodyweight calisthenics 2-3 times per week. A bit like gymnastics bodies in the US.

In theory yes. Chronic under eating will lead to your metabolism slowing down. You might notice you feel cold quite a lot, along with some other hormonal changes ( including loss of menstruation). At that point your body will be desperate to put on some fat as it thinks there is a famine. It can do this via…

I am really trying to keep my macros 40/30/30 at every meal, as it is fantastic for avoiding snacking and keeping me full. Lifting would be perfect for you. Heavier weights and low reps (3-5) should be safe. Also, I just read a great book that pointed out quantity of food makes the scale move, but quality of food + strength affects body fat%. I think you still have a higher bf%, while the scale weight is not your problem. Good luck!

Totally same situation. Perfectly normal BMI & very fit, but body fat has gone from 26% to 32%, mainly because I stopped worrying about it. It's either stay on top of these things or buy a whole new wardrobe.

Crossfit 3-4 times per week and an adult gymnastics class 1-2 time per week.

Same boat. Just trying to get into tracking, I have avoided this forever as I thought I didn't need to do it. I'm currently 62kg and want to get down to 56kg, more importantly my body fat % has gone from 26% to 32% in just one year (oops). That makes me well and truly skinny fat. I am 5'6". Please add me too!
