  • I started keto 2 weeks ago, not vegan though. I’ve lost about 2kg. Still to read up on do’s and dont’s but I’m glad to shake my sugar dependence. If I don’t touch carbs or soda drinks and Jarrah coffee, I’m better off I think. Seems to be working, but need to learn more, and shop. Need to learn how to input macros into MFP…
