You guys are awesome! Thanks! Love the gas mask idea, too. I don't use any artificial sweeteners because they destroy me with cramps and explosions. The stenchy stinks continue many months (9 months was my last stretch) into me staying on the wagon, so I'm not sure that an adjustment period or years of decomposing deposits…

I am fortunate with my PCP. I came into my last appointment with my 50 lb weight loss and over 1 point down on my A1C, and when he asked how I did it, I told him LCHF. He said, "Well, it's obviously working, so keep doing it."

Me, too! I'm at 226, and my goal is 199.99 on Jan. 1, so basically the same as you: 200 by Dec. 31. Ambitious, but doable.

Women's dress shoes are horrible for both plantar fasciitis and achilles issues. Going barefoot also is bad if you have PF. Try to spend as much time in shoes with really good support as you can (hard to do if you have to dress up for work). My PF was so severe I ended up having to get cortisone injections. Fortunately,…
