  • This was exactly me when I wasn't intermittent fasting, all I could think of was what was I going to eat next. Now I sit at my desk and work for hours without food crossing my mind. I really think it's the only way for me to eat. I feel energetic too. Love this way of eating and glad it is finally considered "healthy"!
