I weigh twice a day, once in the morning that I track on here and once in the evening to see how much I am going to weigh the next morning. If I knew how to do a spreadsheet I would do that also but right now I track my weight once per day so I can see whats trending.

Did you notice if MFP had changed your calorie intake goal? I started at 1650 and I noticed after 10 pounds it went down to 1600. If you don't take it into account you may be eating at maintenance or slowing down weight loss.
