mmmmm.....how about a burger made with ground chicken and seasoned with the 5 spice and maybe some ginger and garlic, grilled up and on a bun with a slice of pineapple and a sauce made with a little peanut butter and some siracha, honey, sesame oil, hoisin and soy. Sounds delicious.

I made my own blueberry muffins using yogurt and they were darn good! Came out to about 183 calories per muffin. I have one for breakfast sometimes with milk. Recipe is on joyofbakingdotcom except dot is not spelled out.

I weigh everyday and its really helped me accept that weight loss is not linear but it is possible. My weight loss shows about every 4 to 5 weeks. On the 4th week I will lose about 3-4 pounds over the course of a few days. I am set to lose about a pound per week but like I say it shows after about 4 weeks.

Yeah....I have lost 36 pounds so far and tonight for dinner I ate a hamburger, potato chips and chocolate pudding with reddi wip on it. I am quite satisfied.

I eat in a deficit and sometimes it takes 3.5 weeks for it to show up on the scale. The last loss I had was 5 lbs showing up after 3.5 weeks after the holidays. If it were not for my belief in science I would have given up and ate everything!

I am 46 and I decided to get serious so I set a goal to lose 1lb per week and since july of 2016 I have lost 32 pounds. Its do able it just takes commitment and time. I had to accept it was going to take a long time to lose it all.

For some reason I buy a bag of shredded iceberg lettuce every week. Otherwise I get yogurt for quick breakfasts and sometimes I get one frozen meal to heat in microwave for lunch. This is not all I buy but I get this almost every week in addition to fruit
