Hello I haven't but 10 women in my office did. I went for consult but didn't go through with it and have been losing weight with meal planning and MFP. The women in my office have been successful using meal planning after their surgery. I wish you the best.

My thing is fried chicken, so I bought frozen chicken tenders and put them in the oven. I have made a meal of those with frozen veggies and applesauce on the side for less than 500 cals and it satisfied me.

If you are in a deficit that accumulates weekly to lose a certain amount of weight then a week is a good amount to go by
