I prep for a week. I cook on Saturday or Sunday for the rest of the week. I just ate pot roast for lunch and I made it last Sunday. It tasted just fine. If I have any leftovers in the fridge they go in the freezer for next weeks dinners.

Hello there! Wow you guys are into some exercise! Good to see. I have been on MFP since 07/19 and have lost 18.5 pounds. Haven't started exercising yet....

I am happy that I finally realized that this weight is going to come of slow. I realized that this is a lifetime of eating change. I also realized that I can still eat foods I like and crave within moderation and I make room for those foods in my eating plan.

Speaking for myself nothing provides more encouragement than seeing those numbers moving down on the scale. I have been successfully prepping and taking food to work for the past 13 weeks and have been able to avoid falling into compulsive eating behavior. As of today I have lost 18.5 pounds. I take it one day at a time and feel that I can sustain this way of eating.

I meal prep on the weekends and make lists of possible breakfasts. Take breakfast, lunch and snacks to work. Heat up dinner at about six. I try to leave 100 calories on the plan to make up for any food errors.

Google Anytime Turkey Chili by taste of home. It's a fabulous chili recipe that uses pumpkin. I've used other meats besides the turkey and it always comes out so good.

I bought a box of milkduds yesterday and realized that I may have no self control around milkduds. I ate 7 of them, put the rest in a sandwich bag and threw them literally into the back of the freezer. I am planning on eating 6 per day until they are gone and then I won't be making that mistake again.

I weigh myself everyday for trending and there are times when I gain 2lbs overnight for no reason it seems but happily its fleeting. A couple of days later I am back to baseline.

I have had an ice cream cone 1/4 cup hagen daz in a flavor with no chunks and a sugar cone adds up to about 165 calories. Also sometimes I have a Nonnis biscotti those are about 100 calories

I had the same situation as you and I ended up eating whatever I wanted for 3 days. As soon as I got home I weighed myself and had gained 1 pound. I got back on track that very day and by 2 days I was back to baseline.
