I try to cycle, indoors or outdoors in good weather, most days of the week, aiming for 30 to 60 minutes.

I drink more in the Summer due to the heat, but am consistent throughout the year in keeping hydrated. I've never been a soda drinker and don't drink alcohol. My go-to beverages are water and unadulterated tea. Since my drinks are all non-caloric, there is no effect on the scale.

I generally listen to music whenever I cook. My wife and I are not big talkers during dinner, so we are each are often reading a book while eating. Listening to music or reading is neutral and doesn't help me with eating control.
