I just ordered resistance bands! Coach Marianne did some gentle exercises on Connect with them that I can do without even getting out of bed! Perfect!

I want to take with me the knowledge that if I work the WW program, it works. Also, that I feel stronger, better, healthier when I exercise. Leave behind mindless eating. It adds fat to my body without any enjoyment.

I lost about 70#s the last time, then in 2014, I joined planet fitness and got toned and lost almost 30 more. I really enjoyed their circuit, and felt great! Severe hives stopped this. Exercising on my own has never been my strength, but when covid hit, and I got serious couch butt, and my back ached, and I got up like aβ¦

Xmas Eve - smoked turkey breast, roasted potatoes, carrots, & broccoli, 0 SP salad. Xmas day - prime rib, mashed potatoes & gravy, salad w/ blue cheese, craisins, seeds, bacon bits & 0 SP rasp vinegarette.

I actually kinda do this. Just yesterday, a neighbor brought over wheat germ muffins. No problem. DH cut into one cautiously, LOL, I took one bite, and now I can tell her how wonderful they are π€£ Then late, a neighbor dropped off a bag of giant choc chip cookies! My first thought, "I can't possibly stay out of those!".β¦

Since all you guys are "static", figured I'd better chime in. Dynamic! Bfast, when I'm eating it, ranges ... eggs (w/combos of veggies, meat, seasoning, cheese), oatmeal (I overnight w/dif fruits, or long cook w/pb2, rasp & banana), leftovers from dinner, soup. Lunch is similar to Bfast (except no oats) and sometimesβ¦

I decided last week: to start taking a walk more. I was 5/7 this week. I'd like to continue that these last two weeks. to get 8000+ steps a day. 5/7 on that too. to consistently do a light weight 'routine'. I'm 7/7. to cut down on my portions. Oh, i forgot about port! Umani is generally savory. Mostly associated with meaty, but portabello mushrooms are often used in cooking to add umani, and are the basis of many umani seasoning blends.

I also tend to like the full spectrum, with sour being used as an enhancement more that the star. I have 2 main cravings. Umani when I've been eating too much junk (haven't had that one for a while). And salty, sweet, salty, sweet, salty ... It always starts with salty, then I want sweet, and it goes back and forth. I'veβ¦
