Beans. It's pretty much the perfect food. Decent amount of both carbs and protein and high in fibre. I prefer the black eyed bean variety.

Dark chocolate melted or frozen on banana. Hits the spot every time.

As someone stated, because it's low in calories it creates a caloric deficit which induces weight loss. Not the actual celery. My advice, eat what you love instead while also being in a caloric deficit.

Damn, you weren't kidding. They don't make em' like you anymore. You could always up your training workload too. I do this simply because I have an abundance of energy that needs release daily.

Ya. If anything I'll use it alongside an actual toothbrush. I like the arm workout I get from applying force anyway.

If you want the Mars bar eat the Mars bar, if you want the banana eat the banana. What i don't suggest is substituting one for the other. *Bananas are all good though, don't sweat the natural sugar content. I've yet to come across a natural source of food which is bad for a fully functioning human body.

Motivation is fleeting. It comes and goes. My obsession to be the best version of myself keeps me going when I feel like training or not. Discipline is key too.

Yeah we're all different. It's actually a decent snack if the filling is correct. I know as a grown *kitten* man 1 bagel isn't going to do anything for me unless I have at least 2 which then equates to 100g of carbs and for me I'd rather have 100g of carbs from potatoes or rice than bread. Much more satisfying.
