I've only used an electronic tooth brush for a few weeks. I found it didn't get into the corners like the manual way does. Saying that, it was actually an enjoyable experience while it lasted.

I wouldn't recommend suppressing your cravings for eternity. Where's the fun in that? However if you crave donuts multiple times you day you can't exactly pander to every craving can you. No you don't need to. Personally I train fasted. Weights & cardio. No loss of strength whatsoever. If anything I'm stronger.

In all seriousness If ever i decide to use a straw for a hot beverage I find it has the opposite effect for me. Because it's concentrated from one spot it turns out hotter. I just stick to blowing it before taking a gulp. There's no rush to down it

The straw can only be so wide. But you're right, when it's warmer it's easier.

That's no way to live. That sound's grueling to say the least. Constantly thinking about food without actually needed to lose a substantial amount. Your approach to maintenance may need some altering.

Supersets. That is if you're lifting weights. The goal is to keep your heart rate up so traditional cardio actually isn't necessary.

You're right. But particular carbs increase cravings though, it's no secret. 9 times out of 10 I'm likely to want another cookie if I eat one.

20 minutes??? I guess if you like the taste I don't see why not lol. I usually go for 8 or so minutes.
