Day 30 of restart. Tracked everything I ate and stayed within my points goal. For the week, I stayed within points four out of seven days, which is a weekly goal for me. That’s the first time since I have started this challenge. Yay me!

Tracked everything the past two days and came within my goal points each day. It’s getting easier to make the right decisions for me.

For me, NSV victories seem to matter more. For one example, I can run for 20 minutes straight again, and that fills me with pride and pleasure.

Day 27 of restart. I tracked everything. I celebrated my mother in laws birthday yesterday, and went over my points with dinner. Otherwise I made good healthy choices.

I think it helps me. Usually it can deter me from higher point choices.

I haven’t yet made a healthy morning routine a habit. The closest I get to that is checking in to GoaD each morning. I think that helps. I’ve gone through months when I would meditate each morning, but that’s no longer a regular habit.
