Hi mums and dads, I belong here too. 40'ish Mum of 2 boys that keep me very busy. A mum that hasn't looked after herself for a long time. Would love some back up and support too. Looking forward to feeling healthy again. Hope to hear from you soon. Joh :)

Hi there, yes I do hatha yoga and love it. Thoroughly recommend it. I find Once a week is not enough, I get better muscle tone etc from 2 to 3 times a week. The relaxation is a bonus. Hope you enjoy it! Joh
