I am also looking for serious friends. Even someone to check in with daily. I have very little support in my real life. I hit over 300 this year for the first time. Well I can never see it again and so far am managing to consistently drop, however, the holidays are hitting!

It also helps to lose the weight at a slower pace. If you lose too fast your skin does not have the same opportunities to self-repair.

Most gyms offer trainers to help you figure out the weight equipment and what exercises are best for you. If you aren't familiar with the equipment this is a great thing to do so you do not get injured. I am always looking for people to check in with daily! I am a single mom with two girls ages 14 & 10. They seem to keep me going. I am down 20 lbs and trying to go at this as a lifestyle change versus a diet. I still have about 130 lbs to go. If you want you sure can add me.
