Feel free to eat 2,000 than :) this means you'll just lose slightly more than 1 pound but definitely less than 1.5 pounds. Track everything you eat into your dairy in MyFitnessPal even food from the dollar menu. Start seeing how much you consume if you're eating 2,000 calories you should be eating at a deficit and thus…

I was going to do calculation for you to figure out how many calories you can consume to lose one pound a week, but I'm missing some information. The good thing is MyFitnessPal can generate this information for you right away. Please follow the steps below for the information to show up: I'm on the mobile app 1. Click on…

Fitnessblender has some good workouts as well and YouTube I've used the channel called befit they have free videos... I still don't understand why you don't want to use weights.
-
Op, what's your current weight? Current height? How many calories are you consuming now?
-
Why don't you want to use weights? It will help you get in your strength training component.
-
As long as you're in a caloric deficit even if you choose to go to Macdonald or Wendy's, or Carl's Jr., or just consume ice cream (not enough nutrients so wouldn't recommend) You'll lose weight. I used to eat at Taco Bell when I was in college (totally cheaper!) and I lost weight.

That's not necessarily true at all it really depends on how much of something you buy, and if you make food in advance you're able to make the food into smaller servings and use it for even a full calorie week if you want. Meal prepping saves me money. For example, I shop at Aldi and a $1 stretches pretty far! I buy my…

I second the first user I tend to be a bit high in cards and fat at the end of the day, but as long as I'm in a caloric deficit I should be fine. The only time one shouldn't be over a certain category is if the doctor recommended they don't.
-
You don't need to the dollar menu twice a day to lose weight. If you want to incorporate eating from the dollar menu into your caloric intake that's seriously up to you. I lost 35 pounds, and I haven't been to Macdonald in over 4 years so it's definitely not a requirement.

Really great post thanks for providing this information. I've definitely been able to lose weight by following the calories in vs versus calories method. All I do is eat at a deficit :) thanks for this helpful post.

What's your current height and weight?
-
What's your height? What's your goal? Your bmi is in the normal range, so you don't have to lose weight actually. Have you heard of body recomposition ?
-
Malibu927 and USMCMP responded in a perfect way please re-read what she wrote.
-
Such awkwardness...
-
Since they have identical medical history shouldn't they be the same? As you mentioned even they have the same height and age. The only person who can determine the persons actual health is the person themselves or if they spoke with the doctor and received information about who is more "healthy".
-
Oftentimes instead of losing weight especially when one is at a healthy weight recomposition and eating at maintenance might be better. I would also add in a strength training program. Op maybe this might be a better fit for you.
-
I agree with the first user Op you have just a little bit to lose losing 0.5 pounds would be more ideal. I have about 20 pounds to lose, and I also let my goal to lose 0.5 pounds. You have less to lose than I do 0.5 pounds will definitely give you more calories to eat thus help you not binge. Btw i don't consider food as…

It's not a sustainable approach to losing weight the contestants were more than a hundred pounds overweight and they were eating at 1200 calories, working out for 90 minutes a day for 6 days, and were expected to lose a lot of weight in an unhealthy manner. Some people from a blog I once read were given laxatives as well,…

What's your current height?

I also think it's weird people using pictures of other people as a profile picture but as others suggested it could be some kind of a catfish attempt. This is my profile picture, but I might just switch to some cute inanimate object.

This is going to sound kinda different but whenever I finish working out or take long walks I often feel bloated as well. My stomach tends to be less flat and swells up more, and my thighs would do the same thing. I walked for about 50 minutes on Thursday I notice I got bloated. Since you mention you've been working out a…

I love the Luna protein bars my favorite is chocolate salted caramel, grapes, peanuts, crackers, hummus and pita chips, strawberries, mandarins oranges, individually wrapped Oreos haha (not super healthy but fits into my goals!)

I think a lot of advice has been provided on this thread op feel free to do as you wish. I do wish you the best of luck regardless of what decision you do end up doing. Good luck!

How do you know she isn't working with a medical professional? If I remember correctly From the posts she has been making and recently coming into MyFitnessPal she is trying to make positive changes. Small steps is what creates changes, and I think Op's posts about: 1. Trying to stop drinking soda 2. Trying to eat better…

Hi, Sorry about the stress you're going through as well. I know one can't spot reduce or decide where fat will come from ones body it could be your stomach may be the last section go possibly. Eat at a caloric deficit enter the goals into MFP and eat the calories provided to you. Good job on toning up other sections as you…

I already responded to your other post.

I love peanut better as well, and cookie butter, white chocolate almond butter, traditional almond butter omg I freakin love food! Haha
-
Wow congrats to those that have lost the weight! I've lost 32 pounds so far went from 188 pounds to 155 and I'm 5'2.
-
(Sorry for the log post warning) Even with an under-estimation of 10% the fact op isn't eating up all of the calories she burned off I think she would still lose weight. I'm the same height as her and I would go off the food labels to eat at 1200 calories often, 1300 calories, or even 1500 (I tend to play with the numbers…

I think your way was pretty spot on as well if you have weights for things you can try it on the scale cat food bags, etc and the one that gives you the number can be used. I love how everyone is sharing awesome ideas!
