Im curious, I have been bloating alot in places i normally dont. I know theres many different reasons for it but im wondering what to fix to get rid of it i miss my semi flat tummy XD No im not due TOM bloat for 2 more weeks (iv been at this nearly a year its like clockwork starts 2 weeks after my last period)

I have been walking alot atleast 5 miles a day over what i used to(10-15 miles a day), And almost daily. No real rest days. But i dont think thatd cause bloating in my ribs and belly so much as my legs (maybe)

Im not dehydrated.

I have been upping protein for a few weeks but im still relativly low protein i just hit my goal of around 70-80g. bit hard on a low calorie diet to get huge numbers.

Iv actually been lowering carbs and i know my body LOVES carb iv lost 95 pounds eating alot of them. Could the bloating be related to this? i know itd be backwards to most people but since my body runs best on carbs could lowering them and upping protein do that?

Iv also been eating at a very large defecit this week so im not eating to much, Could eating to little do this? and in such a short time? I average - 1200-1800 (140 pounds at 5 ft 3 so i know this defecit is way to agressive for me long term) since monday (no lectures please iv been eating around 1500 cals a day just walk ALOT and i plan to refeed on easter sunday, Im not left hungry my calories have been very nutrient packed)

honestly i was slimming up and not bloating now i just feel pregnant even though iv been eating alot less im not so much worried as curious to figure itt out for the future

This is going to sound kinda different but whenever I finish working out or take long walks I often feel bloated as well. My stomach tends to be less flat and swells up more, and my thighs would do the same thing. I walked for about 50 minutes on Thursday I notice I got bloated. Since you mention you've been working out a lot more and it kinda sounds like what I've noticed happening to me, but I wasn't walking as many miles as you.
At the gym I'm a member of I was once asking for my measurements, and they ended up asking me if I did any cardio or worked out at all. I mentioned I did and they mentioned it's best to get measurements done before working out because the muscles tend to swell up. I just thought maybe this plays a part? I'm not sure if it does but wanted to share.
