How many days a week are you doing your workout routine? Also do you eat back any of the calories you burned off? Also the 10 pound less in a month is really excessive. I am close to your weight and I have my goal set to 0.5 pounds since I don't have a ton of weight to lose.

Yes I just love my sodium I'm trying to drink more water which I've heard does help.

You will lose weight as long as you're in a deficit you don't have to workout but working out a combination of strength training and cardio will help you have a better looking body!

I walk 10k steps a day, and I work in an office setting so I do have myself listed as sedentary.

I didn't read the post but for me not giving in to all of the amazing treats available is helpful. I tend to just have small portions of things, and not have seconds. I also pack my lunch and breakfast helps my wallet as well.

Fitbit has great customer support give them a call :) they also have forums to help with trouble shooting. What helped me sync mine not sure if it will work for you is I logged out of my account, and logged back in.

I am with a professional at my job who has her masters in nutrition but not a dietician. However, she was able to set me up with a strength training routine, and she teaches Zumba and yoga. So far I feel stronger so a dietician would be a great idea!!!
