To add on, don't say make the excuse most women do. Saying they don't weight train because then they would look manly from the muscles. Women will not get that big, we don't have that much testosterone to do so.

You could try intermittent fasting. Just start eating at 12-8. It makes it waaaay easier to stay at your calorie limit since you only have an 8hr eating window. You can have 2 large meals. I literally weigh anything that doesnt come in 1 serving. The ground turkey is just the patty I don't eat anything with it. I am completely honest with everything that's been logged. Sometimes I even add more to the amount just to be on the safe side like if it's 3/8 I will put 1/2
