I started July 19th 2016 with 150 pounds to lose. I have lost 80 pounds so far. Don't cut your calories to low it can make you sick. August 16, 2016 11:26PM I started on July 17th at 285, I am down about 21 pounds now (264). I have lost and gained back also. Tried many diets but I found this site about 3 weeks ago. Counting calories works best for me. I am not going to give up this time.
