I too need to lose 100+, but even getting out of the 200's will be amazing, I am 45, and I dont think i have seen 199 or less since about 30... and i am simply tired, tired of being tired, tired of being called "pretty but big", tired of being the biggest in the room, tired of worrying about fitting in an airplane seat...…

I am new too... last few nights I have made a decaffeinated tea , last night I did my nails to avoid snacking, crochet helps too.

I think you can lose without exercise, but have to be real strict with food, and it takes longer of course.

I am new to discussion posts too,,,, used this only as a tracker thing before, not even sure if this is where one responds
