I have introduced alot more vegetarian meals into my diet. Now making the move to vegan. Also have a gluten and soy allergy. Open to all suggestions. Looking for a great and easy breakfast option or a few!

I am the same, healthy 3 meals, but then nighttime snacky cravings kick in.... i try all the "stuff" they say, tonnes of water, lots of veggies, tracking cals, no junk in the house... but i still desire snacks and that full feeling. 47, walked into my YMCA weight room for the first time yesturday. Was terrified, but had my printed out suggested workout routine from some website in hand and gave it a go. I believe your calorie count is based on your weight loss goal, so if you put in that you want to lose 2 lbs a week, your count will be higher than if you aim for 1. That being said, you can "earn" calories when you workout, as your calorie count is based on your overall goals you can eat what you earn through working out…

Do you work nights? Or is there another reason you are not eating until late? I used to go all day not eating but realized that even on my days off, I now set an alarm for breakfast even if i crawl back into bed.

I tend to do most of my prep on Sundays too. I eat "holy crap" cereal daily, so I make 7 portions in canning jars and leave them in the fridge, I also make 2 - 3 days worth of my salads for lunches, so mornings are an easy grab and go.
