Hi Kat, It's great you have a goal just remember to add weight training too not just cardio, to increase lean muscle tissue which will burn more fat at rest you will need to lift. I have the polar rcx3 gps for when I am on my bike gives calories burnt and the fat % calories as well hooks up to my laptop and downloads the data so I know when I am training too hard and need recovery training.
