Hi i'm Kat, i've just recently started on my fitness journey. I aim to lose 1 stone 3 pounds. I have restricted my calories to 1200 a day and exercise approx 3-4 times a week cardio. I don't just want to lose weight this is also a life style change for me to become fitter, more active and healthier. I'm really enjoying my journey at my own pace and hope to lose 1 pound per week. I'm 5ft 2 and currently weigh 9 stone. The lightest i've been is 7 stone 12 and the heaviest up until last week 9 stone 3.

Hi Kat,
It's great you have a goal just remember to add weight training too not just cardio, to increase lean muscle tissue which will burn more fat at rest you will need to lift.
You won't get big and bulky all my clients ask that question.
