(Rachel0778 - if you have to hop on the dreadmill every day it likely won't last.) Rachel, IMHO that is a very appropriate name for that particular exercise machine. I've had 3 different "dreadmills" of varying qualities and didn't like any of them. Again, I love your term... lol

Both of my HRMs count about 65% of what MFP says I'm burning. Had to correct my numbers. Sorry about that. My brain was in a fog. lol

If I'm to do an activity day in and day out, I have to enjoy it. I tried walking out on the tracks and the trails, and ended up burning myself out. Then I tried several types of exercise machines and never liked them. After those I tried a couple different treadmills. I HATED them! I have finally discovered bike riding.…
