I finally found an activity that I not only don't mind doing, but actually like. I eat very close to my allowable calories each day. And that keeps me yoyo-ing in weight from week to week if I don't exercise. Doing 60 to 80 minutes each day of exercise helps burn calories and keeps me busy so that I'll not be grazing for…
