Totally agree with you, thats why I have to relearn some of my eating habits. Since I have learned to cut the fats and heavy seasoning I am actually starting to enjoy just the real taste of foods.

I havr bad days too! Im sure everyone does. The key to my success i believe is accountability. I weigh in once a week on the same day of the week at the same time of day no matter what i have eaten. I have had bad weeks and i have had great week but the bad weeks always encourage me to go hard

First off congrats. It all comes down to calorie deficit. if you want to lose 22 lbs by january you will need to 3 lbs a week and unfortunately most apps like this one do not promote that rate of weight loss. They consider two lbs a week healthy. So what you would need to do is increase you calorie deficit. There are 3500…
