I’m somewhere in the 900s for my day streak. I’ve gained and lost the same lbs over and over and over and overrrrrr. My advice is DONT be me. :D

Right now I’m doing Silk creamer (I’ve had their vanilla, caramel and I’m finishing off the pumpkin spice now) and sugar in the raw. I used to do mct oil with stevia w/monk fruit because I was trying to jump on the Keto train but eventually realized it wasn’t for me. (That daily dose of MCT oil was breaking out my face).

This morning I had bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and brussel sprouts.

It is NEVER too late for this. NEVER.

It does help. THANKS. I think coffee messes me up. During the holidays I was at my parents house and I told myself no coffee until I drink a bottle of water first. It worked! But when I came back home I was back to “but first, coffee”. HELP!

It’s not weird. All I see are decreases. GREAT JOB!

Challenge Start Weight: 138.9 lbs Challenge Goal: 133.0 lbs Week 1: 139.6 lbs Week 2: 137.4 lbs Week 3: 138.9 lbs This is great...considering I ate out all weekend and I’m still under 140. I’m back to counting and weighing my food this week. My lifting program is going well.

How do you get in your tons and tons daily?

Challenge Start Weight: 138.9 lbs Challenge Goal: 133.0 lbs Week 1: 139.6 lbs Week 2: 137.4 lbs Going in the right directions. Yay for me! I meal prepped this weekend. (I’ll have to weigh the food as I eat it because I just put the food in the containers.) For two weeks straight I’ve lifted 3 days in the week. I’m…

1. Paperwork is hard because half of it is stupid and unnecessary. It’s “busy” work. Drink your favorite beverage and listen to some music while you pound away. (You should see the reports we have to do at the end of the semester. GRUESOME....and POINTLESS. My coffee gets me through them.) 2. I’m laughing so hard at “omfg…

Soooooo a while back I was like...man so many people are addicted to oreos. They can eat a sleeve in one sitting. I’m so glad I don’t like them. Lol. And then they make the golden oreos.....and then they make the thin golden oreos. YIKES!!!

I’m sipping away as we speak. It’s a 64 oz jug so my goal is to be done my 8pm. This would be a first time in a LONGGGGGG time that I will have drank this much in a day.

True statement. Which is why I’m here. I’m glad we are good company. You are as well.

Challenge Start Weight: 138.9 lbs Challenge Goal: 133.0 lbs Week 1: 139.6 lbs A positive thought for the week: I like my new workout plan. Healthy snack or meal: spaghetti with turkey meatballs and spinach Best workout this week: Rowing Comments: I lifted 3 times like I said I would. Monday Wednesday and Friday. I didn’t…

I’m even more jealous because I’ll never go there....until my children are grown and gone but I’ll be an old little lady.

All good points. Haha. You’re right Carol I do workout consistently...I’m at the gym now...BUT I don’t eat properly consistently....here in lies the issue. You know. I realized part of the problem is me going to bed. If I start doing that I’ll win half the battle. I go back to work Monday so I NEED to get a routine with…

Lol! I’m trying to get past your anal comment. I only weighin in the 1st of the month. The weekly weigh ins are just for the group’s sake. So, I’m very sorry for your loss but I am glad that you and your husband made a decision and you seem to be moving forward, together, in old spirits. Good luck. Oh and I struggle with…

Whoa! You’ve counted calories for 6 years straight. IMPRESSIVE! How? You meal prep every week? You can lose those last 10! You already are focused.

Hi Patty! A couple of things. 1) don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t have children because you have PCOS. Anything is possible. Look into diet changes if you already haven’t. If you want children and it’s meant they will come. 2) school is a means to an end and while it’s not fun everyday it can be an overall…

No laziness allowed here, LOL! We won't let that go down. Fat is a relative term. No more negative talk! I’m hoping you hit the ground running.

LOL! There’s probably some truth in there and I have a LONG way to go. Where are you vacationing in March?
-
Hi! It is so nice you have your husband on this same journey. Good luck to you both!

Congratulations on your loss thus far! Those last lbs can be stubborn but you’ve got this!

Challenge Start Weight: 138.9 lbs Challenge Goal: 133.0 lbs Good evening. I weighed in yesterday morning at essentially 139 lbs. As I lift weights and eat at a deficit my hopes at the end of the challenge are to change my body shape, drop a few lbs in the process, but more importantly to not gain weight. (Last challenge my…
