I only weigh in Monday mornings. I used to weigh in everyday which some might say is obsessive lol but whatever floats your boat? Haha

I'm trying to better myself too and gain a better relationship with God also! And I'm also 5'3 but I'm around 162 and would love to get to 125-130 lbs before my birthday (Dec 9)! Peru cool we have similar goals :)

It can be tough sometimes. I am pretty good at going to the gym 3x a week. Days where I don't feel like it, I just tell myself that is I don't go, I'll regret it for the rest of the day and that usually helps me

Personally I don't like adding the exercise calories because it causes me to eat more even when I'm full

I'm 22, turning 23 in December. I believe I noticed that I was much bigger than all the other girls when I was in grade 4. That's when I started worrying about weight. I didn't start any diets until I was in grade 8 tho

5'3...my ultimate goal has always been to be around 125-130. I currently sit at 162 so I've about 35 lbs to lose!

I think cheat meals once a week are good. They keep me on track so I don't go on a binge fest lol
