I'm 5'6". I should say, I realized when I set myself up for the 2 lbs/week goal that I realistically wouldn't lose that much. Thanks for the input! I've been trying to do basic calf stretches throughout the day. It definitely helps me in the moment, but hasn't sped up my recovery time yet. I'll keep at it, though!
