Haven't reached my goal weight yet, but I am super proud of getting down to 132, a little past the half way point in my weight loss journey, as well as my healthier, more active lifestyle. Cheers!

Weight training routine + kickboxing
Hey all! I'm currently taking kickboxing classes 4x/week, one of which includes weight training. All of them include HIIT as well. I'm looking to add in some light weight training at home on my off days. Do you have a routine thats worked well for you/can easily be added into an existing workout schedule? Thanks!
