  • I like celery with a little peanut butter, laughing cow cheese triangles and Breton black bean crackers. Celery gives you that crunchy aspect and is very low in calories. That along with 1 serving of cheese triangles and 1serving of crackers is a very satisfying lunch and is under 300 calories

  • Ok I have all that info on my app. As far as no carbs is concerned, I have arthritis issues and I have found that eliminating carbs has had a hugh impact on my pain level. So no carbs.

  • Very hot humid weather both Saturday and Sunday here, I put on 5 pounds over both days. Monday down 3 and today down 1 more. Got to be water retention. I think this can be expected on those kinds of days especially when eating out. Restaurants use a lot of salt when they cook.

  • Only been using this program for 2 months. Finding it very to control my calories plus it is a great way to watch carbs fat sodium proteins and sugar. I am on a very low carb regime to decrease pain from arthritis ( it is working) and have lost 21 pounds in the 2months. I have a long way to go but I am ecstatic.
