@tattoomary Take measurements as well. My scale says I've only lost 6lbs in 3wks. My clothes say otherwise. I've dropped a bra size, 2 shirt sizes and 2 sizes in jeans. The scale lies :)

I have had chronic joint pain most of my life, so much so that before the age of 35 I was tested for every possible joint disorder. Final answer was just that my joints are hyper-flexible. Today is day 21 and I have already seen a marked improvement.
