Memorial Day weekend right around the bend!?! Hard to believe. Last week: my goal was to "make a better choice" at least once each day. I'll keep a record either here or in the MTBC thread. Last week: 5 days under 1800 calories. I got close. Definitely under on 4 days, and one of my over days was within 125 calories which were offset with activity. I've noticed too the super-generosity of the MFP exercise calories. I played around with different categories of biking to try to get a more realistic number, but they're all high. Agree totally on not eating back all that are earned, but I do like to look to my exercise cal's one in a while to justify a beer or two.

Last week: 5 days under 1800 calories. It went kind of . . . meh. I had 5 days under calorie goal, but only with activity calories factored in. I can do better than that, so I'm scoring it a miss. Next week: keeping it the same. (At least) 5 days under 1800 calories.

I should join you, at least for the situps. Pushups are not my friend. I always end up with shoulder pain when I try to increase # of pushups. Maybe ok in moderation.
