Weekend activity
Friday: ran/walked 35 minutes in the evening after work. First time in the very impressive fitness center at the office building we moved to last week. Saturday: pretty inactive Sunday: ran/walked 35 minutes (completed week 7 of C25K); then about 3 hours of leaf cleaning. Feeling leg-tired today, but in a good way.
