    A 9 cal. (4SPs) Fiber One bar. On the run, no time to make my usual oatmeal/fruit/yogurt bowl (same SPs).

    75 grams oatmeal. That’s precooked.
    15 grams egg protein powder.
    1 small apple, cut up.
    1 package Splenda
    About 1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Cook the oatmeal. Add the protein with enough water to mix it in. Microwave 1 min. Top with Splenda, apple and cinnamon.
