Giving up coffee is one of the best things I've done. I swapped it for tea. I didnt realise actually how bad coffee made me feel until I stopped. Now if I have coffee I feel physically ill.

That's great news :) I find yoga/Pilates sometimes difficult because I find it hard to position myself.

Apparently dark chocolate helps with cravings. I find if I eat dark chocolate I don't crave more, like I would do with milk chocolate or any other junk food. If dark chocolate isn't your bag, you can get flavoured ones. I tend to eat mint flavour.

Vegan because the meat and diary industry is grotesque. It creates the most pollution (but of course you don't hear about it because it the industry makes so much money). I use soya milk. The only problem I have with it that putting anything powdery in it e.g. Hot chocolate, it's hard to mix and can be a bit lumpy. I love it with tea though, as it gives it a creamier taste. I thought I hated tea but it turns out it was cows milk that I hate. I found rice milk watery & lumpy. I'm not a fan…

Thank you for all you responses. My smoothies are usually bananas, berries & soya milk. I didn't think of the not chewing point, so thanks for those who pointed it out! :) I think from now on I'll make smoothies & eat fruit. Without making smoothies I don't intake as much fruit.

Don't go cold turkey. Slowly eliminate meat & dairy. It can be overwhelming at first and takes a while to get used to. It's so frustrating because the grotesque meat & dairy industry is so big & normalised that people will constantly question your choices. At first it seems there's little vegan choices.
