Lol yes i felt exactly that, first day i overdid it because i was thinking "no waaaay is that enough food" but i ended up so stuffed i felt disgusting. So am toning stuff down and trying to pace my eating properly so i don't suddenly get hit by a groaning belly. I think it resets your satiety signal, thats what its done…

ahhhh makes sense! i've been thinking I need to push my protein into the 60g range. i think I'll leave myself be for a while and then try to sneak some more protein in later once I start exercising. But i think perhaps 50g is reasonable for a woman.

I've basically just started too, first week has been moving my window around and narrowing it to get into the swing of it. I needed to push my window back slowly so I had been trying to do that a week before I started my diary on here (during which I think i lost about 5lbs). I eat after 6pm, usually around 7pm. It's been a bit of trial and error for me this week as I've just started, just figuring out how I want to eat and getting a handle on pushing back the hours. Thanks for the input guys. So yesterday I made spaghetti bolognese with loads of parmesan and ragu which came up to about 850 cals and then ate a scoop of ice cream and some fruit to bring it up to about 1200 calories. I'm like you on the weight distribution thing, my arms and bum/thighs is where I seem to carry loads of the extra, makes clothes shopping interesting. Well done on the loss!! I posted a moan thread and reading this has helped me feel a bit more positive, thank you!!

Also should mention that through the day I drink tea with unsweetened almond milk, i think over the day its about 29 calories so not overly worried about it. Will try to switch out a few cups with herbal tea going forward.
