  • Thank you ALL! I will definitely check into protein powder. I try to eat beans and dairy as well and even have the PB2 dry peanut butter powder that I use. I may look up some new recipes for dinners as well as try a few smoothie recipes. Thank you for your tips :)
  • So far, the only negative post I have seen is from someone advising that the "cleanse" is needed. I have been to multiple nutritionist and Dr's for my overall health. Cleanses arent needed for our bodies! if you want to "cleanse", drink some water and your body will take it from there. Less calories in-more calories out.…
