Hi I've been on MFP since August. I've lost about 13 pounds and my weight is currently yoyoing around 200 and 202 lbs. My ultimate goal is to get down to 130. But for now I'm focused on getting under 200. I do Pop Pilates mostly and try to eat clean and stay hydrated.

Take it one day at a time. One thing at a time celebrate the little victories. Heb 12:1-2 and Job 5:8-10 keep me going. And good music helps. Find a fight song. For me it's Steady Heart by Steffany Gretzinger Never let love fade away by New Birth and You have my surrender by Lauren Diagle. Hang in there.

I know... :blush: I usually don't log my food for that day when I eat my feelings. Or I exclude the cheats. Maybe it'll help if I log despite all that

I lost 2cm around my waist. I was super shocked because I haven't seen any improvements. Also while doing stretches las Sunday I realized i can actually lift my shoulders and upper back off the floor couldn't do that last week. Then I used to be KO after 20 minutes of PopPilates but this week I can actually go for 40…
