which plan are you following on WW?

I want to start this but am wondering if I can get the same results doing my own low calorie diet? Also - what does everyone do when you come off it? Do you gain weight back right away?

Thank you everyone. I use my Apple watch for calorie burn during spin and I think it's fairly accuarte -it's usually an hour long class. I know the HRM is not a perfect science but its close. (I think)

But does MFP recommend more than 1200 for you? Thats what concerns me

Me too! Too little points - I had so much success on Points Plus - Smartpoints and now Freestyle just dont work for me!

I have loved ww in the past, but the Freestyle plan is flawed - as mentioned above. I don't see how a small piece of chocolate at 60 calories can be 3 points but I can eat all the chicken and greek yogurt I want. They have some wacky ideas - chickpeas added to a salad are 0 points but roasted chickpeas for snacking have…

I made lifetime on Smart Points and then gained half of my weight back - can't get a grip on Freestyle. I did the same thing as you - I am severely under-eating on Freestyle

Just an FYI - WW is discontinuing their Simply Filling Plan. Freestyle is the only plan on WW.

YES! The bagels are amazing - but I do find you need to use a little less greek yogurt otherwise it is too wet. It's not equal parts. I put an egg white wash over the top to brown them. They are a hit in the whole family!

Just canceled my ww membership. I have been in a member for 7 years - once they changed to freestyle everyone is overeating. Counting on MFP now :)

I have been on WW for years and have always questioned their math - here is the last straw! The new "Freestyle plan" says beans, including chickpeas are 0 points.....BUT..... wait for it... if you roast them with nothing more than spices, they have points! HUH??? Why I asked them - "because you can overeat those" -…

Beans, eggs, chicken (white meat), turkey (white meat), all fish, plain non fat greek yogurt, fruits, corn, peas... lots of stuff on the 0 points list

In the same boat! Trying to decide between the Apple watch and a Fitbit Charge 2 because I hate wearing the chest strap for workouts. My eyesight is getting worse (I am over 40) and I am concerned that I wont be able to see the fonts on the watch (I am considering the 38mm) - any feedback on that?

I've been on WW for years and find it soooooo slow - trying to move over to MFP and am finding it very challenging, since I now account for all my calories and no free foods! Any tips?
