Amazing numbers in this thread. 8/29 - 5.66 miles Down to 147.2 lbs from 155 lbs. I feel like I can breathe better when walking and my knees don't hurt like they did before. I'm happy about the weight loss but just feeling better makes a world of difference to me. <3

8/7 = 2.07 miles Been keeping my daily calories between 1200 - 1500 (I'm 5'1"). Have lost 5 pounds. My lower back has been acting up but I'll try to keep the daily walking. Good luck everyone, we can do this!
