Okay, will give it a whirl. Did I calculate that out to almost 2 lbs. a week???? ::::: faint ::::: Nothing like a challenge to keep a body motivated.

I am in need the motivation to release weight for traveling to Africa. A long flight would easier if I could slide easily in the seat.1

Add strength training for body recomp as you go. Otherwise you won't look as fit as you want to when you hit your goal weight. You could just measure your lean body mass if you track your body fat percentage. That way you are tracking the actual fat lost, not the weight.0 -
